GET IN THE SWIM WITH NEW SEASON STYLES

The departure of the rainy season can lift a person’s spirits but it can dampen self-confidence when it comes to buying new swimwear.
Women are obsessed with their bodies, according to a report in the Daily Mail which covered a survey by cosmetics company, Garnier.  Researchers interviewed 3000 women aged between 18 and 40 in the UK, USA and Australia and found that seven per cent thought about their bodies 50 times a day with a further 20 per cent worrying about their shape 10 times a day.
Stomachs were the least liked aspect of their bodies, followed by their rears.46% of respondents said they would like more toned, flatter stomachs with twenty per cent desiring an improved behind. There was also widespread disatisfaction with other parts of the body, with 14% not happy with their legs, 10% not happy with their breasts and 4% desiring ‘new’ arms.
It’s therefore no surprise that most women hate shopping for new swimwear.
It’s good to know there is one manufacturer which has a grip on market needs and has come up with flattering styles.Viva Swimwear, a swimwear manufacturer based in Perth, took cognisance of their customers’ feedback and has designed new styles to flatter every shape.
Longer tankini tops sized from 10 to 18 with ruching on the sides to hide some of the midriff problem areas are among the new season styles. A new halter neck top with soft cups allows women to choose what level of support suits them best. This style also enables women who’ve had breast surgery to insert their own pads into the cups.
New season colours include combinations of pink and brown, purple and black and the perennially popular black and white. In the popular chlorine-resistant swimwear range, the new hues for summer include teal and purple. And the new tie-side swimwear bottoms will appeal to younger wearers, especially in the new range of fashion colours.
And for women who hate the bright lights of shop changerooms, Viva Swimwear has included shots of its swimwear from the back and the front, so that online shoppers can ‘try on’ in comfort. That’s customer service for you.
Swimwear can also be matched with lovely wraps and cover-ups.Be the best-dressed on the beach or by the pool this summer with elegrant cover-ups, kaftans, tops and dresses. And as every curvy woman knows, these are impossible to find in larger sizes, until now that is.The company keeps a wide range of wraps and cover-ups which are specially made, and which come in sizes up to 26.
The company is busy with several new developments, including a modesty range of chlorine-resistant swimwear for Muslim women and full control swimwear for the fuller figured woman.
The new season styles from Viva Swimwear, a Perth swimwear company, will make sure that women of all shapes and sizes won’t have anything to fear when they go near the water this summer.
